The current research aims to identify caring thinking among educational counselors in Karbala Governorate and to identify the significance of differences based on gender (males, females). To achieve this goal, the researcher selected a sample of (200) male and female counselors from the Karbala Education Directorate. The researcher constructed the scale based on Lipman's theory (2003). The researcher also conducted a statistical analysis of the items and verified the psychometric properties (validity and reliability). After confirming the validity of the instrument through validity and reliability indicators, the instrument was applied to the research sample, and then data was collected and processed statistically. The current research concluded that the research sample possesses the ability to think caringly. The results also indicated no statistically significant differences in caring thinking based on gender. In light of these findings, a set of recommendations and proposals were developed.
