Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أكثر العينات سريرية وطرق التشخيص في داء الليشمانيات الجلدي المزمن (CCL). تم أخذ عينات من اللطاخة ، سائل الشفط ، وفلتر الورق ، من 44 آفة جلدية من الحالات المشتبه فيها بالـ CCL في بعض مستشفيات بغداد ، وتمت مقارنتها باستخدام الفحص المجهري ، والثقافة ، والأساليب الجزيئية. تم فحص عينات من المرضى الإكلينيكيين الذين أظهروا الخلع. PCR 95.45٪ (42/44)، والفحص المجهري 72.7٪ (32/44)، والثقافة 27٪ (12/44). وخلال الدراسة، المنتجات في KDNA -PCR، L.tropica و L. الكبرىمراقبة العصابات المتوقعة 780 و 650 نقطة أساس ، وورقة الترشيح العينات السريرية الأكثر فعالية من الآفة. وفي الختام ، فإن فحوصات PCR المستندة إلى اختبارنا على زيادة سرعة وحساسية تشخيص الحمض النووي الريبي النووي مهم جداً لتحديد الأنواع ( L. tropica و L. major ).
