Foreign intervention in Arab society has sparked a wave of intellectual and security conflicts, revealing the weakness of the foundations on which intellectual and social balance was built and opening a serious picture of a declared and hidden war waged by Arab society to respond to this challenge. One of the figures who led the Arabs towards liberating and deepening intellectual and political awareness is Youssef Al-Issa, who faced contradictions between the interests of the current regimes and the interests of the popular masses.
