Abstract

    والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو اختبار نشاط Triazolo [1،5-أ] بيريميدين حمض الكربوكسيلية المستخرجة من Hapalosiphon welweschii ضد الكيس عدارية من المشوكة الحبيبية . . تم العثور على النتائج أن مركب مستخلص الميثانول من  Hapalosiphon welweschii أكثر نشاطًا حيث يتم شرحه في المختبرالنشاط ضد منظار الخلايا الكيسية العقدية حيث يتم قتل المنظار بعد ثلاثة أيام - بعد العلاج بتركيزات 300 ميكروغرام / مل تليها 200 ميكروغرام / مل التي تشرح النشاط بعد خمسة أيام - بعد العلاج مقارنة بالتركيز الثالث 100 ميكروغرام / مل حيث كشفت النشاط المنخفض مع الآخرين. GC- يوضح الطيف الكتلي لمستخلص الميثانول وجود مركب تريازولو [1،5-أ] حمض بيريميدين كربوكسيل في حوالي 13.28٪ من التركيبة الكلية لمستخلص الميثانول من الطحالب الدقيقة ويلويشي .
